FAQ's About  Dogwood Bible Camp
What things should my child NOT bring?

(1) For the protection of each child and their belongings we ask that the following items NOT
be brought to Dogwood Bible Camp:
IPOD, Cell Phone, CD Player, Portable Game Systems, Guns, Knives, or any other type
weapon.

(2) If these items are present at registration, we will ask that they be taken back home with
parent or guardian or turned in to the Camp Counselor or Staff.  Items trusted into Camp
Staff possession at check-in will be returned to owner at closing ceremonies on Friday.
What ages are allowed to come to camp?

(1) Generally, campers between the ages of 6-17 are welcome to come and stay with us all
week at Dogwood Bible Camp.  However, it has always been the policy that any child
wishing to stay and attend Dogwood Bible Camp is welcome to do so. Our general criteria is
that if a child is unable to perform their own bathroom duties, or dress themselves then they
should not attend the week here at Dogwood due to the large number of duties the staff is
already performing.

(2) If you have a child who is wishing to spend the week with us here at Dogwood, they are
welcome to attend and share a wonderful week with everyone here at DVBC.

(3) We are not equipped with facilities for CO-ED camping regardless of marital status.
Will My Child Be With Their Own Age Group?
(1) Campers are broken down by age group and spend the week doing activities designed for
their particular age group and interests. They eat with their own age group, have the pool to
themselves with their own age group, gymnasium time alone to themselves, as well as crafts
designed for their age group.
